WiFi trouble with Pokemon Battle Revolution? - pokemon database

My son can not connect to Wi-Fi feature in Pokémon Battle Revolution. The error code is 61070 (not in the database Nintendo Customer Service). I tested the WiFi connection of the Wii itself and can not find any problems. We have access to the Internet, access to Wii Shop Channel, news, weather ... Can anyone help?
