Blaster Virus On 2wire 2wire Blaster Type Virus?

2wire blaster type virus? - blaster virus on 2wire

Both comptuters in the wireless modem has to try the same message at any time to go online.

Your Gateway has intercepted their request for a website to give you this important message. The following devices on your network with a large number of concurrent sessions on the Internet:
The most likely cause of this problem is a virus Blaster ~ ~ such that the computer has infected. It is strongly recommended that the existing facilities will be scanned for potential viruses.

I scanned my computer several times and found nothing. The warning page sounds really cheesy, and "Next" button at the bottom in red.

2wire is a modem and that is what you use.

This "warning too many meetings" on both computers, the 2wire modem can be connected to be triggered by a viral infection, the use of file-sharing (peer to peer) programs or spyware / malware is in the course of running in the background on your PC / s.

If you are sure that your PC is not infected with a virus, then you can disable the detection of "excessive Meeting" of your 2wire modem to stop the message.

1. To http://homeportal/mdc or 192.168.1.254/mdc (which the management portal home page)
2. On the left side, click Advanced under Firewall
4. Disable the detection of overtaking the reunification recognize an attack.
5. Click Save

ut oh! no! NO! Just kidding. was probably one of their anti-virus attachment, if nothing happens when you click Next. When it looked like a Cheezy pop-up message, then theres a chance that your spyware. We can do for the near to them, then scan with Ad-Aware or other cleaning services free of spyware.
